Competitor analysis of the mobile websites of four real estate developers
General UX testing and benchmarking of the developer's mobile site and some competing products. The research included evaluation of the website's visual appeal and the quality of the information presented. Processes investigated included apartment searches and the choosing process.
Competitor benchmarking showed that their conversion rate was 15-43% higher and they presented their apartment buildings much better.
Our client's site was found to be visually more attractive but the user experience of apartment searches and website navigation was more appealing on competitors' websites.
